The villa is thoughtfully designed across two levels, featuring a main 4-bedroom residence on the ground floor, and a cozy 1-bedroom self-contained apartment on the upper level, accessible via an external staircase. Each living area is equipped with air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy privacy in a gated rectangular pool, complemented by a spacious terrace that includes a 6-seater hot tub and a pool table, perfect for leisure and relaxation. The interiors are comfortably appointed, boasting modern kitchens in both the villa and apartment, equipped with essential appliances and filtered water for convenience.

The location is exceptionally central yet tranquil, merely a five-minute walk to the lively town square with its array of bars, restaurants, and a weekly market, and just ten minutes on foot from the sandy shores of Las Cucharas Beach. The villa accommodates up to 12 guests, with flexible booking options depending on the number of guests.
