Each living area is equipped with air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy privacy in a gated rectangular pool, complemented by a spacious terrace that includes a 6-seater hot tub and a pool table, perfect for leisure and relaxation. The interiors are comfortably appointed, boasting modern kitchens in both the villa and apartment, equipped with essential appliances and filtered water for convenience.
