The living rooms
The Villa, with an area of 110m², has a maximum capacity of 6/8 people:

. an interior fitted kitchen with American fridge and reverse osmosis water which avoids the purchase of bottled water, this is not negligible and respectful of the environment.
. a living - dining room with CD player and radio, some CDs are available.
. a reading lounge with television and desk.
. a bedroom for 2 people with 180x200 bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, fan, en-suite shower room and WC.
. a bedroom for 2 people with two 90x190 beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and fan. a large bathroom. a separate toilet. an open mezzanine bedroom for 4 people with four 90 x 190 beds, separated by a wardrobe - air conditioning - the villa is fully equipped with mosquito nets on each window and security bars.
.A magnificent garden with trees where relaxation is essential and an 8mx5m swimming pool for good moments of relaxation and refreshment !! A small whirlpool is located at the foot of the stairs.
. A straw hut with bar, sink and plancha.
. a shower and toilet outside at the back of the hut.
-We ask you for a deposit of 300 € on your arrival which is returned to you on your departure except damage, in this case we deduct the cost of the costs caused.
-The price is without electricity at 0.23 € per kwh which remains the responsibility of the renter and is payable at the end of the stay.
