In a property of 5.000sqm Aspalathos Falassarna Villas have been built to offer you some moments of absolute tranquility. Built in a hillside at Falassarna of Kissamos, the breathtaking view will win you from the very first moment. It is going for two villas in absolute harmony with the Cretan natural surroundings. The grey stones of which the villas are constructed make them part of the scenery.
The villas are located in a distance of 1km from Falassarna beach known for its white sand and the crystal-clear water. The guests can easily approach them by car whereas the lovers of the natural life can go there by bikes or even on foot in a few minutes. In a distance of a few meters, there are Greek traditional taverns as well as a mini market.
Each one of the villas has at its disposal a property of 2.500sqm. Natural fences give to the villas absolute privacy. Each one has access to a large number of outdoor areas.
Villa Gaia covers an area of 153sqm. The villa has two levels and it is built with all due respect to the environment. It is perfectly insulated with organic stone wool and has a central system of cooling and heating which can be controlled individually by the guests at their bedrooms in order to respond to their special needs. The villa is appropriate for winter holidays as well. The ground floor heating creates the ideal conditions for it.
The main entrance places you on the top floor where you enter into the living room and the dining area. In the living room there is a large corner sofa whose two parts can be turned into two single beds. A 55”LED TV and DVD and CD player can entertain you. From the vast glass openings you can enjoy the blue colors of the Falassarna beach and the Hellenic sky. One veranda with pergola is in front of the living room furnished with a round table of 6-8 people suitable for taking your breakfast enjoying the outstanding natural beauty of the area. From the living room there is also access to the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with whatever necessary for a nice and cool living. Refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, an espresso as well as a filter coffee machine, toaster, blender, water boiler, pots and pans are included. A wooden monastery style table for 6-8 people can be used for dining as the interior setting has nothing to jealous of the outdoor one as the large glass door offers direct view to the Sea of Crete. The view of the blue waters of the sea will captivate your sight and your mind.
The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The two bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and the third one has two single beds converted into one king size bed. Layering yourselves down the COCO MAT mattresses and pillow system and enjoy peaceful nights. All the linen equipment brings the signature of COCO-MAT, well-known for its high quality organic products. Each bedroom has its own TV.
At the top floor, there is one of the three bedrooms of the villa. A 40” LED TV hangs on the wall. The bedroom looks at the pool area and has direct access to it. At the ground floor, there are the two other bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms. Each one has a 32” LED TV. Both of them have sea view. They have access to the outdoor living-room area. The guests can also relax right out from their bedrooms where there is a nice traditional veranda.
At the ground floor there is also a spa room promising to offer you moments of well-being and relaxation. The interior Jacuzzi of 5 people with its great range of programmes and the sauna will help you to relax and refresh yourself through your stay at villa. Combine them with the swimming in the pool or in the sea or with walking at the peaceful region to relax your minds.
The outdoor areas are extended in many levels. All of them have a stunning view to the endless blue of the Mediterranean Sea. At the first level, there is a big hill recently planted with trees and bushes. At the next level, the 52sqm pool is found. There is also an exterior Jacuzzi of 2 people. During the winter months the pool is heating. The guests can enjoy the sunbathing in the comfortable wooden sun loungers. A dining area of 8 people with pergola is located at the same level. A barbecue will give you the opportunity to taste local products by cooking them by yourselves. At the next level, there is the outdoor living-room. A built-of-stone sofa with fluffy pillows constitute the ideal choice for gazing the one of the most beautiful sunsets having ever seen in your life. Our little guests can enjoy at the playground found at a lower level in close proximity with the living-room area. Taking care for them, the area has been planted with grass to avoid accidents. The children can also spend their time on the other activities especially provided for them. And of course, a vineyard and olive trees could not but being included in a Cretan property. The two lower levels of the property are dedicated to these plants of particular value to the Cretan life.
Special treats are provided to our guests. Fresh fruits, cakes, traditional pies, honey, jam, butter are offered. Let us know you better to adjust our treats to your special taste. The guests have access to their own kitchen garden for vegetables being in season.
