Casa de las Conchas is a dream 5000 sq ft beachfront Caribbean vacation villa, situated right on the beach inside the gated community of South Akumal with 24 hours security. Our villa has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The huge master bedroom on the second floor has a beautiful Caribbean Sea view, patio doors out onto the oceanfront terrace. It has its own dressing room and a master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub!

Case de las Conchas has about nearly 2,000 sq.ft of outdoor decks and balconies! You will be waking up to the incredibly beautiful Caribbean sunrise and listen to the sound of Caribbean Sea water lapping against the shore.

The second bedroom on the second floor also has beautiful views of the white sand beach and ocean through its windows.
On the second floor, there is the third bedroom also with a magnificent view over the tropical gardens and the sunset.

We are proud that Casa de las Conchas is equipped with a kitchen that is big enough for a group with a large family. The kitchen leads onto the living room and beach front dining room.

We have seatings for a large group of family and friends to dine together and enjoy the villa. Chef service is available upon request, they are a professional group of people offering the service in the region. Delicious local specialties or traditional Mexican cuisine is available as well as another international cuisine! Please pay directly to the chef.

Upon your arrival at our beautiful villa, you will be greeted by our staff with the keys, they will show you in and around the villa. Upon check-in, you will have house manual with a useful information during your stay.

From the living room, when you walk out through the patio doors onto the outdoor terrace, where a dining table and chairs for wonderful Caribbean alfresco breakfasts in the sun, daytime BBQs, or dining under the stars.

Hang around the swimming pool just to relax and enjoy the drinks/refreshments. Villa has palaces and hammocks to lay back and read or nap.

The bay at Akumal South is protected by a double barrier reef just 100m offshore making the water in the bay very calm almost all year round and awesome for snorkeling. For this reason, it is home to a whole host of tropical reef life including endangered sea turtles who nest right here on the beach from May to September every year.

Casa de las Conchas facilitates 3 kayaks for guest use. Have fun and enjoy the emerald color of Akumal Bay.

Casa de las Conchas's huge roof terrace is also our treasure! Its beautiful sea view and the open space will make you and your loved ones invite you to feel free.

Casa de las Conchas also has 3 sets of golf clubs for our guests use.

On-site massage is available upon request, please let us know in advance for a reservation and pay directly for the service.

The Akumal Sur bay is beautifully located behind the Mesoamerican coral reef and therefore very well protected and calm. Snorkeling in the bay is fun and beautiful.

Casa de las Conchas is located along a beautiful beach and at walking distance from Akumal Beach center offering a great variety of restaurants, shops, professional scuba dive shops, fishing or sailing boat trips, shops, grocery stores etc.
Akumal is located right between the cities of Tulum and Playa del Carmen that both offer a great variety, but different, dining entertaining and nightlife. Mayan historical culture is present everywhere along the Riviera Maya for your cultural outings.
