A luxury villa with a swimming pool, located in Selca on the island of Brač, one of the most popular and most easily accessible Croatian islands. Brač is an island of culture, adventure, and sports. This beautiful, quiet and private location with a breathtaking view overlooking the sea is only 3 km away from gorgeous beaches with crystal clear water, restaurants and beach bars. A 20 minute drive will take you to Zlatni rat, one of the world's most famous beaches, and the town of Bol, which has plenty to offer for those looking for entertainment and a vibrant night life.
The house is ideal for families and smaller groups. Its modern industrial style is combined with cladding in world-famous Brač stone. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious living room can accommodate an additional bed for two persons. Additional bed for children or an adult can also be placed in one of the bedrooms upon request. In a centrally placed atrium you can enjoy a nice view to the starry sky and play a game of chess at the hand-made stone table with a chessboard. The house also has a pantry and an additional bathroom with a washing machine.
The outside area features a dining area with a grill, a large 8,5m x 4,5m swimming pool (the pool has a heating/cooling system, a geyser pump and underwater back massage), shower, terrace surrounded by pine trees with a stunning view of the sea, the village Sumartin, the island of Hvar and the rocky Biokovo mountain. Private parking is available adjacent to the house.

Mandatory deposit payable on location - the guest is obligated to pay the deposit of 300 € on the day of the arrival, which will be returned on the day of the departure provided that the accommodation unit was not damaged by the guest.
