The house enjoys a quiet location a few meters from the beautiful Cavagrande lakes and a few km from the Baroque cities that made this south-eastern part of the island famous.
The house enjoys a quiet location surrounded by greenery, about 5 km from the provincial road that leads to the town of Avola. Inside the house there is a bright and open to the outside, there are a living room kitchen with TV, two bedrooms (the first with 2 beds) while (in the second we find a double bed with wall TV) a bathroom and the laundry room.
