This typical Mallorcan finca is situated in an absolutely quiet location in the middle of a 62,000 sqm plot near Felanitx, surrounded by fields, fig and carob trees. The vacation home has been lovingly and tastefully renovated and is very well maintained both inside and out. First floor:
Here you will find the spacious living room with sofa corner and fireplace, the adjoining open kitchen with seating area and access to the covered terrace, two bedrooms (each with two single beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm), one of which has an en suite shower room and another bathroom with bathtub.
Second floor:
Here there are two further bedrooms with 2 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), each with its own en suite bathroom, as well as a living room with sofa corner. From here you can access a terrace with a chill-out seating area.
Apartments/extension:
Two new apartments with separate entrances and their own small terraces have been added behind the main house. They are 42 and 46 square meters in size. Two apartments have a bedroom (each with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm), a living room, a small kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as a bathroom with shower. There is also a third apartment for 4 people, with two bedrooms, equipped with 4 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a shower room, living room and small kitchen. In the annex of the main house there is a large, fully equipped kitchen (69 sqm) with seating area.
Outdoor area:
From the terrace of the vacation home - with a beautiful, brick-built barbecue area - a small garden gate leads to the pool area with a further, covered outdoor seating area and an outdoor pool. There is also a basketball court. There are sheep and sometimes horses and ponies in fenced areas on the large grounds of the finca.
Pool:
11 m x 5 m, depth: 105 - 205 cm, stair access, cleaning with chlorine.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: More information on tourist tax .
Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning. For bookings of 10 days there is an intermediate cleaning on the 5th day, for bookings of 14 days there is an intermediate cleaning after 7 days, each with a change of bed linen and towels.
