Please note, the access to the first floor is served by a narrow spiral stairs and can be challenging for people with mobility restrictions, such as those who use wheelchairs or have difficulty climbing stairs.

The closest town is Altavilla Milicia, which has all the amenities you could need. In San Nicola l’Arena, a small fishing village nearby, you will find an excellent range of restaurants and bars. There is also a groceries shop/Convenience store within walking distance of the villa, which is open all year around to provide you with fresh fruit and local produce.
For a nature lover, biking lovers and walkers you could visit the Madonie Mountains. A history buff will be spoilt for choice in the streets of Palermo.
