This 'Côte Narbonnaise' is known as a good surfing area. The coastal area of the Languedoc is both a paradise for water sports enthusiasts and the ideal holiday destination for those who love sun, sea and beach. Possibilities for nice trips are the popular town with its nice streets Sérignan (approx. 8 km) and the Canal du Midi (approx. 10 km). The latter is the oldest canal in Europe and can be explored by bike, on foot or by boat. Following this winding canal, you will come across towns such as Narbonne (30 km) and Medieval Carcassonne (about 90 km); in the end, you will reach Lake Thau, near Sète (or "petite Venise", about 60 km) . Don't miss an oyster tasting in this breeding ground for oysters and shells! Other recommendations are Béziers (15 km) with its basilica, Pézenas (35 km), impressive Montpellier (approx. 80 km) or Perpignan (approx. 90 km) with its typical warm Catalan atmosphere.

The maisonette features a furnished living room with air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and an electric coffee machine. The maisonette has three bedrooms (one or two with a double bed and one or two with bunk beds or two single beds), two bathrooms with shower and WC (separate). Several rooms are located on the first floor.
