The house is situated above a private hill, among Olive trees. Perfect for relax and spend time in a natural contest. The house have 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a perfect outside veranda for lunch, and barbeque. The pool is situated in front of the house.

In the area you can find olive groves and vineyards: wine route is near, which brings from Bolgheri to Castagneto Carducci and where you can find famous wine cellars (Ornellaia, Sassicaia, Grattamacco, Bolgheri etc..). Restaurants are tipic of the region, where you can taste meat (boar) or fish, and visit Medieval villages like Volterra or San Gimignano.
Along the seaside (only 15 minutes away from the house) you will find beaches and entertainment. In Cecina (the nearest town) you will find Supermarket (Lidl, Coop, Eurospin, Conad), Cinemas, shops and disco.
