Ideal for a family getaway to the sea, this beautiful villa of approximately 165 m², with careful decoration, can accommodate up to 8 people.
It benefits from all the comforts to ensure a stay dedicated to relaxation. On a contemporary garden of 400m², it has a swimming pool (secured by an electric roller shutter), with a depth ranging from 1m10 to 1m45.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals, including an oven, microwave, coffee maker, American fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
You will also have the possibility to use the barbecue. The spacious dining room can accommodate up to 8 guests. You will have a flat-screen TV as well as reversible air conditioning.
This villa in a very residential area also has 3 beautiful bedrooms (with 160cm double bed) and a cabin with 2 bunk beds, the upper bed not being suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree no. 95- 949 of August 25, 1995). It has plenty of storage space.
There is also a bathroom on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs. Separate toilets are present on both levels.
You will obviously enjoy the magnificent garden, its swimming pool with its private terrace which is equipped with garden furniture.
