Perfect to enjoy activities such as: golf, paragliding, hiking or just enjoy the heated pool, the lake and its clear water! The garden is very nice to sunbathe and enjoy the calm. Shops are within walking distance as well as the beach of Talloires.
We are discreet people but we stay available during all your stay.
The hamlet of Les Granges is ideally located because it’s really near from Talloires where you can go by walk ( 5mn).
It’s calm and peaceful with a great view on the lake and all the mountains.
The villa is ideally located, residential and with anything you need nearby: shops, outdoors activities…
The tenants have access to all the house.
There is the possibility to park 3 cars in front of it.
The accommodation is provided with:
1 bedroom with double bed on the ground floor, 1 bathroom with a bathtub ans 1 shower, 1 WC.
On the 1st floor : parental suite on the left with double bed and 1 bathroom with 1 toilet.
On the right 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and another one with 3 single beds.
And you have the possibility to find too 1 bathroom, 1 wc.
You can find a bus stop just in front of the apartment at about 100 meters which offers destinations like: Annecy, Menthon-Saint-Bernard, Veyerier-du-Lac, Talloires…
