This property is the half of our home and it is composed by
three king bedrooms, three bathrooms,one livingroom, one kitchen, one patio in front of the garden and a private heated swimming pool.
The private beach is exclusivelly for the guests of the Pineta of Roccamare. The beach front is wild and natural, private hut with table and benches and one cabin are available for our guests only : it’s wild, no noise, no mass-tourism, just Nature. You will have your own private hut by the beach and some beach beds.
You'll never forget your walks into the pineta and then in the beach during the sunset or early in the morning !
Roccamare is a 365/24 gated controlled access community limited to owners and guests only.
This Paradise is just one hour far from Siena and Pisa, two hours from Florence and Rome.
Near Follonica there is a little village "Venturina" where you can found the beautifull Thermal swimming pool and SPA. the name is " il CALIDARIO" only 30 minutes from Pineta di Roccamare.
