There are many picturesque villages in the area and the beaches, for example in Cadzand and Knokke, are just a stone's throw away. Don't forget to visit the historic city of Bruges. For a relaxing day, you can visit Spa Leeghof and you can have a nice dinner at Restaurant Warande or Restaurant Polderzicht.
On cold days, you can enjoy dinner by the fireplace. In the cosy lounge you can read a good book and on warm summer evenings you can enjoy the sounds of nature in the garden, with a Belgian beer of course.
