You can't get any closer to the beach in this historic part of Pass a Grille! Retreat to your 2 bed/2 bath 30 steps from the beach after a day of catching sun rays and waves. The house relaxes you the moment you walk in with its Mexican tile and Dutch door. It has a true beach feeling with a mixture of reclaimed furniture. We have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers. Lounge on your Adirondacks on your front porch, and the intracoastal for fishing is just 4 houses away. Take advantage of the beautiful scenery and live in the place that locals frequent. Parking for one car included.
We are also on Pass a Grille's Historic Home registry! We are honored to have this designation. The original part of the home was built in 1925 but is updated with all new stainless appliances, new hurricane windows and front door, 2 air conditioning systems (central air plus mini split), washer and dryer in unit, and flat screen tvs in each bedroom and living room. We were able to keep some of the historic features of the home like Mexican saltillo tile floors, Dutch door in the kitchen so you can open the top half to allow fresh air, ironing boards in the wall, and historic molding in the bedrooms.
Walk to Restaurants just 2 blocks away. Enjoy breakfast at the historic Seahorse Restaurant, open since 1938. Visit the rooftop at the Hurricane Bar and Grill or enjoy crab cakes at the Brass Monkey Restaurant or a gourmet meal at Grace or the Dewey.
This unit is on first floor, rear unit and there is one other rental unit (one bedroom/one bath) located up front. You share the porch area with that unit but have separate entrances. Owners live upstairs and have a separate entrance at rear of house. Legal licensed for daily rentals.
