We also hold AMA registration number 1049309. The Villa has two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and their own private balconies with fantastic views down to the Ionian sea. The Villa has no other buildings to the front and so has clear unrestricted glorious views. One bedroom has a King sized bed and it's bathroom has a bath with shower over it. The other bedroom has two single beds and it's bathroom has a walk in shower. The Villa is set in a stunning location with views of the Mountain range of Mt. Aenos sweeping down to the Ionian sea with the island of Zante visible in the distance. The villa has an open plan living area with 2 and 3 seater sofas, dining table, coffee table and TV with streaming box supplying a large number of UK and Sky satellite channels. There is a large fully fitted kitchen and a downstairs toilet and wash room. Two patio doors open up to an outside seating area with table and 4 chairs shaded by the veranda. This area overlooks a private swimming pool and gardens with 4 sun loungers and a large weighted parasol.
Villa Petra is ideal for couples or families of up to four people. The Villa is set in a quiet typical Greek village location and is ideal for a peaceful get away from it all break. A car is recommended although there are all the basic needs around within walking distance such as mini market and restaurants. With private pool and the sandy beach of St. Thomas just down the road it is situated in an ideal location to experience the beautiful island of Kefalonia.
