Luxury villa within the fabulous 5 star resort of Praia Del Rey. Situated in a quiet part of the resort but close to all amenities. It is only 10 mins walk from the golf clubhouse where everyone is welcome (not just golfers). 5 mins to the tennis centre and a 3 min drive or 15 mins walk to the beautiful sandy beach.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms, the master suite is on the first floor. It has a king size bed, its own en suite bathroom, dressing room and large balcony overlooking the garden, pool and pines beyond. The perfect place to enjoy a quiet breakfast. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor. The second bedroom which can be a double or twin is also en suite and has french doors to the garden and pool. The final bedroom can similarly be made up as double or twin and has doors to the garden. Although not en suite the family bathroom is located directly opposite making it effectively en suite. The large open plan living area has four sets of double doors to the outside terraces, pool and garden. The modern kitchen has everything you could need including, dishwasher and washing machine and loads of cupboard space. The villa has free Wi-Fi and flat screen TV. Play your own music via bluetooth through the Bose sound system.

Outside is the pool, lovely garden and various terraces. The BBQ area is close to the kitchen and has its own sink. There is a large round table, rattan style sofas and sun loungers for relaxation. The side terrace has sofa, arm chairs and table.

The resort offers one of Portugal's premier golf courses The Course is rated in the top 10 in Portugal and the top 100 in Europe. The addition of West Cliffs Golf Course is a wonderful addition to the area. Designed by the World renowned Course designer Cynthia Dye it has quickly established itself as one of the premier golf courses in Portugal. With The Save Ballesteros designed course or Royal Obidos and Bom Sucesso all within a 10 minute drive this area is a must for golfers. Golf is only one reason to visit this fabulous area as there is so much else to do and see.

Cleaning and disinfection

• To ensure proper cleaning and disinfection, we may need slightly adjust arrival and departure times.

• After check-out, all windows are opened to allow air to circulate in all rooms.

• All surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected with bleach or alcohol-based cleaning products, and heavy-use areas will be thoroughly disinfected: kitchen countertops, bathrooms, door handles, light switches, keys, remote
controls, etc.

• All beds and bed pillows have impermeable covers that are changed for every new reservation.

• All our sheets and towels are washed at high temperatures in a professional laundry service.

• Curtains, sofas, and other tissue surface items are disinfected with disinfectant spray.
