The villa is about ten minutes walk or three minutes drive from the terrific beach, water sports and cafe at Konnos Bay. There is easy access by car to other nearby beaches, and to Ayia Napa and Protaras town centres (just a few minutes drive from each).

This villa is suitable only for families or married couples. Groups of all-male or all-female travellers are not permitted.

Because of the villa’s secluded location, it is away from the hustle, bustle and noise of the busy areas, but still within easy access of all that the area has to offer.

There is free 24/7 broadband wireless internet access throughout the villa and its grounds.

Because this is a spacious but homely villa located in a special setting, with a swimming pool in a huge, professionally landscaped garden, and with a large veranda and barbecue area, this beautiful Mediterranean property is truly exceptional and one of a kind.

As well as enjoying time in and around the pool, enjoy time, drinks and alfresco meals in the shaded part of the veranda. Sunbathe by the pool, in the garden, or on the veranda.

There is a spacious living area around an open-plan, fully fitted kitchen that includes an island work surface/breakfast bar. The villa has warm, inviting decor. And the wall-to-wall glass doors downstairs open directly onto the veranda, which in turn spills onto the wonderful garden and pool area.

There is a large selection of UK TV channels, and a DVD player.

The TV has all the main UK channels including BBC 1, 2 and 4, ITV 1, 2, 3 and 4, Channel 4, Channel 5, More4, Sky News, BBC News, and many other channels. And most of them have seven-day catch-up so you are not restricted to watching only live TV.

The three bedrooms upstairs (all with a/c) easily accommodate six people in total. There is one en-suite bathroom, and a second bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there is a w/c.

All three bedrooms have fitted shutters. There is double glazing throughout, and roof insulation.

There is a concealed safe.

A pressurised water system provides powerful water dispersion throughout the villa's plumbing.

And there are dimmer controls on many of the lights.

All the bedrooms have a/c, but there is no a/c downstairs because it is not needed there. When the doors are open downstairs, a breeze keeps the house cool. But there is a high-power fan downstairs if additional cooling is required.

A cot and high chair are available if required.

The villa is a five-minute walk from a small supermarket. There is a large LIDL supermarket in Protaras (no more than five minutes drive away), and three much larger supermarkets in Paralimni (about 12 minutes drive away).

The villa is within walking distance of the National Park of Cape Greco, one of the island's most striking natural landscapes.
