Has a private infinity pool 9m x 5.5m (non-diving) also a BBQ area. The villa is fully air conditioned with 3 bedrooms (1 ground floor) and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) and a large open plan living/dining area which opens out onto a covered terrace overlooking stunning sea and mountain views. A modern fully fitted well equipped kitchen. It is situated in the prestigious village of Lakithra where there are several tavernas, mini markets a bakery and also an impressive cake shop. The village has excellent local transport links to the capital Argostoli and only minutes away from the nearest beaches.

About Kefalonia: Kefalonia is the largest of the Ionian islands, unspoilt, friendly, with a beautifully varied landscape. The beaches in the South of the island are generally sandy, & many are safe for swimming & provide excellent snorkelling. If you need a bit more from your holiday than relaxing by the pool or beach then there are many places worth visiting; villages such as Assos and the beautiful harbour of Fiscardo which especially in summer attracts many yachting enthusiasts. Also worth a visit is the beautiful church of Agios Gerasimos, the Drogarti caves and the Melissani Lake or a day trip to Ithaca. The dramatic Mount Ainos, 1628m, & its surrounding National Park provides excellent walking opportunities, particularly in the spring & Autumn, & is home to the islands native wild horses, eagles and osprey The famous Robola vineyards are found in the nearby Omala Valley.
