As you approach the villa, you will be instantly impressed, with the welcoming view of the private swimming pool, surrounded by a mature and beautifully tended garden. Romantic views of the Spanish mountains are in available beyond the gardens. The interiors are no less hospitable, with a light and airy atmosphere working its way throughout the dwelling. The kitchen and living room give the idea of a home away from home, you'll settle in so quickly that your holiday can begin from the second you walk in the door! There are two good sized double bedrooms on the first floor.

Although considered to be located in a rural location, Villa Airosa is surprisingly close to the coast, only being 2km from the superb Puerto Pollensa sandy beach. If you're a keen golfer it is only a 10 minute drive to nearest golf course. However, with the amenities of Pollensa city so close by, it would be of no great surprise if your time fills up with relaxing by the pool and enjoying the delicious Spanish Tapas and a few chilled glasses of wine at the many eateries offered close by.

There is outside seating and tables on both sides of the villa, perfect for catching the morning and evening sun, so you can dine al-fresco all day long! Enjoy the warm Spanish air late into the evening watching the kaleidoscope effect of the stars light up the night sky. Villa Airosa provides the perfect hideaway for small families or couples to escape the rush and truly relax in their surroundings for a holiday you won't forget!

#### Location
The majority of our properties are located in the peaceful countryside, just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, and only a short drive to the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Spain's finest sand beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area, but be warned that to get to the top you have to climb 365 of them. However, the climb is worth it and the views definitely do not disappoint.
