Located near sleepy Radicofani, Villa Carosella is a majestic villa sitting amongst lush landscaped gardens with stunning views of the Tuscan hills. The villa sleeps 17 guests and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is also a home theatre system for perfect for putting your feet up at the end of the day and enjoying your favourite flick. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all modern amenities for making beautiful meals. Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom with en-suite, a billiard room and dining area.
The first floor contains a sitting room, which has direct access to the garden, and three double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Up on the top floor is another lounge with its own fireplace and home theatre system, meaning the kids can enjoy their own movie night away from the parents! There are also three additional double bedrooms with en-suites.
Guests can detox in the sauna before having a swim in the pool which is perfectly positioned to take in the panoramic views. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a dip. Adults and children alike will love the Bowling Green and full-size tennis court and green thumbs can spend the afternoon pottering in the organic vegetable garden. At sunset, grab a bottle of wine and a couple of glasses and relax in the gazebo looking out over the lake, vineyard and olive groves.

Situated near tranquil Radicofani the picturesque surroundings makes for a truly relaxing holiday - but there's plenty of activities in the immediate area to keep the entire family entertained.
7 km down the road is the ancient castle of Radicofani, dating back to the dark ages -before year 1000! A tower in the town offers magnificent views over Val d'Orcia, Amiata, the Apennines and the Trasimeno and Bolsena lakes and San Pietro and Sant'Agata Church house an amazing collection of Della Robbia terracotta pieces.
Hikers, horse riders, cyclists and nature lovers will find trails and country roads that wind through hillsides and vineyards revealing breathtaking vistas. There are also plenty of fabulous dining options, craft workshops and traditional delicatessens close to the property.
15 km down the road are the hot springs of San Casciano Bagni, Bagno Vignoni and Bagni San Filippo and Trasimeno Lake is an hours drive and offers a variety of water sports.
In the nearby towns of Chiusi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, Perugia, Arezzo, Orvieto and Siena, history has left treasures from the time of Etruscans to the Reanaissance. And Florence and Rome are easy day trips from the property.
