Description

Located in an elevated position of Santo Antonio resort, this property overlooks the wondrous golf course, the resort and out to sea. Santo Antonio Resort offers a wealth of facilities and activities to enjoy, allowing you to have the option of interacting with others as much as you like or simply enjoying the privacy of your own villa.
The villa itself is spacious and tastefully decorated throughout with a large open plan lounge on the ground floor complete with comfortable leather sofas and a large 42 inch flat screen smart TV which gives access to many UK channels.
There are four bedrooms on the ground floor, all with ensuite bathrooms and all open out to the swimming pool and terrace areas. The remaining bedroom is a large family sized suite which can be found on the second floor.
The lower level has been converted into an entertainment area with a pool table and a lounge area with Playstation 3 whilst there is a table tennis table ready for use in the garden.
The beautiful grounds of the villa are complete with the wonderful infinity swimming pool, perfect for cooling off in and a covered terrace area which provides the perfect retreat from the Algarve sun.
We regret to inform you that young (under the age of 30) single sex groups are not permitted to book this property.

#### Location
The properties are all located on Santo Antonio Resort in the West of the Algarve and are a short drive from the resort centre. As well as the wealth of facilities and activities available on this holiday resort, there is plenty to be discovered in the local area.
A short drive from the resort down to the sea brings you to the charming coastal village of Salema. Here you will find a small sandy beach and little boutique shops and restaurants, among cobbled streets, which sell the freshest catch of the day.
Further along the coast is the town of Sagres, which is not only famed for the town that produces the Portuguese beer of the same name but also for windsurfing, where surfers enjoy the breeze and the sea currents to good effect.
