Sema Villa can sleep 8/10 guests (2 guests will sleep on our folding sofa beds if 10 guests are staying), and our 4 bedrooms each have their own en-suit facilities. We have a private pool with outside dinning facilities and also a outside kitchenette and barbecue area.

Sema Villa is located in the heart of Kyrenia town. This area is popular with tourists and locals alike and is the jewel of Cyprus. Nearby you can walk to the Old Horse Shoe Harbour of Kyrenia with the ancient ruins of Kyrenia Castle and a Museum nearby. Surrounded by local Cafes, bars and eating establishments and some of the best beaches in Kyrenia are only a short drive away. We have Ice Beach, Kerman Saray Beach Marimonte Beach, Turtle Beach and Accopulco Beach just to name a few. Shopping will be found at the end of our street where the main road will be and you will be spoilt for choice with where to spend your days looking at all the bargains to be had.

Sema Villa has been our family holiday home for more than 30 years, and recently we decided to completely refurbish our home to a much more comfortable and contemporary design, and we also added the pool and a outside kitchenette and barbecue. We are delighted with the results and we hope that you will also enjoy what we have done. As a direct result, we decided to add our home on to various websites along with our other properties, for holiday lets so that other families could come to our home in Kyrenia town and enjoy our next to none facilities in our beautiful ancient town.

Electricity is very expensive in Cyprus, so Sema Villa has a ‘Pas As You Go’ electricity meter. Now you have more control of your own electricity usage. Once your allowance of 300 units has been used, you can top up as required. Minimum top up charge is 100TL. Details will be provided before arrival.
