Within the house you have a stunning glass panelled lounge boasting seating for up to 10 people and views of the pool meaning you can enjoy the private pool all day and all night if you want but it also has all the necessary items so you can enjoy a night in, including TV with Local and BBC News channel and a DVD player and a beautiful wood burner.

The kitchen is stocked for all your needs during your stay with a large Fridge/Freezer, Oven with Hob, dishwasher and a washing machine meaning you can prepare any meal with ease for your entire group.

You have 3 bedrooms, the first room has a spacious double bed, the second room is a spacious twin room and the third room is a triple room with a double bed and a single bed meaning you can sleep up to 7 people comfortably and 2 of the rooms are en suite and the third room has a shower room.

All the bedrooms also have Air Conditioning making those hot nights better for your stay and there is WiFi throughout the property for your convenience as well.

The Villa is a 10 minute walk to beach and local square with variety of tavernas,supermarket, shops, bars, cafes and out-door cinemas, all this meaning that you can enjoy your stay here with out needing a car.

Island visits are easily accessible from Piraeus 40 mins or Lavrion 15 mins. Classical Athens is 1hr away by regular public transport and with a car or local taxis. Horse riding, golf, scuba diving and everything else the Athens Riviera has to offer is easily available.
