The lovely 3 bedroom villa is located on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, just a 10 minute walk to Ayia Thekla Beach and less than a 5 minute drive to the resort centre. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, it is an excellent choice for families looking for a relaxing and quiet stay.
On the ground floor you will find an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room features comfortable sofas, widescreen TV, Satellite TV and DVD player.
