The accommoda-tions are surrounded by about 3000 m² of greenery, where there is a swimming pool with a depth from 1.20 m to 2.80 m. A space of about 500 m² is dedicated to children with a slide, sandbox, small house and swing, another covered space (about 50 m²) is built next to the pool, equipped with a barbecue, tables, chairs, sofas and a fridge. The rooms are all equipped with air-conditioning, heat pumps to accommodate guests both in summer and in winter. To create a magical winter atmos-phere, one of the accommodations has a working fireplace. This location is perfect for discovering the Iblean baroque: Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Scicli are within 15 km, while Noto and Syracuse are about 60 km, Catania and Taormina about 100 km. If you wish to spend days at the sea, Marina di Ragusa, Marzamemi and Porto Palo di Capo Passero are the right places for you! The splendid Iblean coast with sandy beaches and crystal clear water is only 10 km from here. In Modica you will find traditional cafes and a pleasant nightlife.
