Description

Chateau at the beginning of the 19th century, located in the town of Puget sur Argens, surrounded by 3 ha of pine forests, in the heart of a 20 ha vineyard, this sumptuous residence is the perfect place for a relaxing stay as close as possible to nature.

The chateau has been refurbished with good taste and charm while retaining real authenticity.
Covering an area of 430 m², it can accommodate up to 15 people and offers a total of 21 rooms including 10 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms spread over 4 levels.

On the first level: 2 lounges, a kitchen, a dining room, a smoking room / TV room, and 2 entrance halls.
On the second level: 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On the third level: 4 bedrooms also, a large library and games room, and 2 bathrooms.
And on the fourth level (access by the towers of the third level): 2 bedrooms, one in each tower of the castle. A baby cot is also available on request.

This chateau also has all the necessary facilities for optimal comfort, including internet access, a large equipped kitchen, a small utility room with washing machine and dryer, a living room with digital TV and a dining room with veranda.

Outside is a large front terrace with shaded pergola, garden furniture, a water basin with fish, a 12 / 5m fenced pool with deckchairs and various equipment, a changing room and toilets, and finally a pool house with barbecue and fridge.

Access to the entire accommodation, except for a small part of the castle where the caretaker lives.

Around the castle, you can discover the vineyards, the Vaucouleurs wine cellar is located 200 meters from the Castle, you can also visit the lake "Roquebrune sur Argens", the village of Arcs in Provence, the Thoronet Abbey and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
This region is also very suitable for activities such as hiking, mountain biking or horse riding, climbing, and of course swimming in the sea.
Located just 500 m from this large house, the main road will take you to the nearest beach (10 km) for swimming with family or friends. Puget sur Argens town center is 2 km away, the Roquebrune rock is 7 km away. The town of Saint-Raphael is 10 km away, and Cannes and Saint-Tropez 40 km.
