This is a lovely setting among the greenery, far from the madding crowd, with lovely walks through the forests where you can walk for hours without meeting another soul. Yet it is only a short 15-minute drive away from main local attractions and the town of Porec.

Grounds: The house is set at the edge of the village. Enclosed with stone walls, and secured by a gate, the location offers a complete privacy. There is a parking in the front courtyard. Lovely shaded front terrace offers ample space and overlooks the outdoor swimming pool. A 24 m2 swimming pool is surrounded by greenery. It has a grass area, sunbathing area fully furnished with deck chairs, and covered patio with stone bench and a table.
In the back of the house there is a covered patio with BBQ, sink, and dining table with chairs for dining al fresco.

House: The entire house is decorated to a high standard throughout with the usual modern cons like free WiFi, flat screen SAT-TV, game console.
Ground floor consists of the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area giving an airy and light feel. There is also one bedroom on the ground floor as well as a full bathroom. The ground floor bedroom has its own secluded terrace in the back of the house.
Two spacious bedrooms are located on the first floor keeping the same homely feel as the ground floor. Each of two bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom.

Supplies: General supplies like washing-up liquid, kitchen towel are provided, along with a few essentials to get you started - wine, milk, bread, sugar, etc. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom.
