Welcome to this fantastic house for 8+2 people in Grao de Gandía. It offers a private above ground pool and the sea is only 1 km away.
The terrace of this stunning house offers all you need to spend the best vacation. It features a great space where you can have breakfast all together or cook a delicious barbecue. The above ground pool is the best of it. It's a chlorine pool with a diameter of 2 m and a water depth of 1.4 m. There are 2 sun loungers by the pool where you can enjoy the sun beams or a good reading.
The house comprises two floors. When you enter you find a beautiful and renewed living-dining room where you can watch the TV-sat or a DVD film, and listen to some music. The kitchen is equipped with an induction top, oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Then, you have a shower bathroom and a bedroom with 3 double beds. On the first floor there is another shower bathroom and 3 more bedrooms. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, another one has a double bed and a single bed and the last one has 2 double beds, so you can choose where you rest at night. All bedrooms have a closet and aircon. A baby cot and a high chair also are available.
The fishing village of Grao de Gandia is the perfect destiny whatever the season. The promenade is ideal to enjoy a long walk and stop by any ice-cream parlour, restaurant, cafe, etc. The beach of Gandía is about 1 km away and the golf course is 1.8 km away.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
