Description

Whether you're a festivalgoer or simply a vacationer seeking some sun, you'll fall in love with this beautiful six bedroom home. Prepare for daytime poolside lounging, nighttime stargazing, short distances to excellent shops and restaurants and room for you and your whole crew. This estate comfortable fits up to fourteen guests--it’s expansive enough for everyone to have privacy, but not so big you’ll have trouble wrangling the troops when it’s time to venture outdoors for activities.

The Space:

Picture can’t do this house justice. Chic, clean and stocked with all the accoutrements of a good time, luxurious finishes and natural light make the interiors here a dream. Guests rave about the heated spa outside, where lawn chairs primed for sunbathing ring the edges of a crystalline pool. Parking will never be an issue here, and there’s a garage for storing any extra luggage, bikes or other equipment you might have.



The location rounds out the perks of this fantastic abode. If you are planning on visiting the Empire Polo Club for Coachella, Stagecoach or Desert Trip, you’re a quick Uber away from your destination. If you want to spend a day in downtown Palm Springs, you’re a short jaunt away from fine dining, shopping, art and historic museums. There’s hardly a better place to call home in Palm Springs.



Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay, and comes with clean linens, towels, soaps, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

Guest Access:

This is a rental for the entire home. You will not be sharing it with anyone and you will have access to everything in the home, except the garage.

Interaction with Guests:

You will receive an email shortly after booking on how to check-in, including Wi-Fi and all other pertinent details.



To respect your privacy we will not bother you after check-in unless you need us. Feel free to reach out to us at anytime if you have any questions.

Other Things to Note:

Because many people ask:

1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.



2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.



3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more.



4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.



5. We provide a starter pack of consumable items (eg. toilet paper, soap, paper towels, shampoo, etc.). If you are a very large group or have a long stay we encourage you to buy additional supplies.

House Rules:

No smoking, parties, or events

Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 11AM.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out may be available for purchase prior to arrival. Arrivals before 4:00 P.M. or after 11:00 A.M. (the check-in/check-out times), without prior written agreement from Native Travel and the additional payment is strictly prohibited. Any guest found to be occupying the premises after the 11:00 A.M. checkout time will incur an additional fee of $100 for each hour after 11:00 A.M. Additionally, any guests found to be occupying the premises before 4:00 P.M. on the day of check-in, without prior consent, will also incur a $100 fee for each hour prior to 4:00 P.M

Please treat the home like you would treat your own home.

Parties, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property’s outdoor quiet hours 10pm - 9am are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community so we appreciate you following our “house rules” during your stay.

We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, by measuring decibel levels over sustained periods of time and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. If we receive a notification that the noise level at the home has reached a level that may be considered disruptive to neighbors, we will simply send you a text message to remind you to keep noise levels at a respectful level.

As short term rentals have grown within the Coachella Valley, this is one of the biggest concerns of long term residents, and so we do this to ensure that you do not receive any fines from the City during your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant, which means audio content is never recorded, nor does it have the capability to do so.

Smoking not allowed. Smoke Detector / Carbon Monoxide Tampering Penalty: $200

Unannounced Pet Fee Penalty: $350 per pet.

If you wish to have the pool heated during your stay, we can heat the pool for the entire stay for an additional charge of $75/day. We are unable to heat the pool for only a portion of your stay.

It is the guest's responsibility to monitor umbrellas when they are in use. If it gets windy, the umbrellas must be closed. If guests leave the area, it is guest's responsibility to put the umbrella back down since they are no longer in close proximity to ensure they are not damaged by wind. If an umbrella is damaged during a guest's stay, they will be charged $100.00.

The Air Conditioning should never be set below 72 degrees to prevent freezing of the AC motor. If the Air Conditioner is set below 72 degrees and it causes damage or the need for a service technician to come out, the cost of the service call and repairs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Per City of Indio law, renters are prohibited from using sound devices (radios, sound systems, etc.) and musical instruments outside the property between 10pm and 9am. Failure to comply may result in a citation, fines and/or removal from the property by the city.
