It overlooks Palombaggia beach and offers one of the most beautiful landscape in southern Corsica. Soli e Luna is ideally situated, very close to Porto-Vecchio.

This recently built Villa offers transversing views through its many terraces. The views are amazing and unique as they reveal the corsican maquis and offer an astounding seaview over Palombaggia beach, and onto the Cerbicales islands and Sardinia.

Its modern architecture brings out the excellence of the natural materials selected: Slate, gray stone, the wood inside and outside. The elegant interior design blends Cambodian and Corsican influences.

Soli e Luna is a 600 sqm luxury villa set on 4.000sqm tree filled land (eg : citrus and orange trees, pine trees, green oaktrees). It offers very comfortable accommodation for 14 people : 7 bedrooms and suites dispatched on two levels. Each one has its private bathroom and an access into the garden or to a terrace. To perfect this enchanting set, the secured infinity pool and its pool house are set in extraordinary lush vegetation.

Last but not least, Soli e Luna has no immediate house opposite. The Villa is in a secured private estate and offers direct walking access to Palombaggia beach.

Soli e Luna is fully air-conditioned. The Villa is elegant and refined. It can house up to 14 people in exceptional comfort with the promise of privacy for all.

Soli e Luna is organised on two levels with garden access and surrounding sea view:

- Entrance vestibule towards the two levels, guest WC.
- Master sitting room with a fireplace, opening on two terraces. The sliding glass doors enhance the natural light and abolish the notions of IN and OUT.

- Independent playroom giving onto the garden with baby foot, pingpong table, plasma TV, film and book library.

- Live in kitchen (over 30 sqmbuilt in stainless steel and lava stone, fully equipped with back kitchen, made to measure cold room, two traditional ovens, microwave oven, expresso coffee grinder machine, steam oven and king size barbecue.
- The kitchen table seats 12 people and the terrace tables can seat up to 20 people

- Room 1: King size bed (180cm x 200cm) with its en-suite bathroom (designer bath, walk in shower, double sinks and separate WC. Dressing.

- Room 2 / Study communicates with room 1: Convertible sofa (100cmX200cm) with private bathroom (shower) and WC. Room 1 and 2 can be reunited into a 75sqm suite.

- Room 4 : King size bed (180cm x 200cm) with private bathroom (shower), WC and dressing.

- ?Rooms 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8: All the rooms have king size beds easily converted in two twin beds (90cm), a private bathroom (shower), WC and a dressing.

Soli e Luna offers fully secured WIFI all over the house as well as around the swimming pool (excellent network).

Infinity pool (16m X 5m) surrounded by a wooden deck. The swimming pool is fully secured by a pool gate and an electric pool cover. Pool House with a sheltered deck, WC and outdoor shower.

Typical Corsican garden with local fruit and citrus as well as all the essences frequently found on the Island. Pétanque grounds (south of France traditional game).

Palombaggia beach is 10mn away on foot or 2mn with the bikes provided in the Villa.

Three golf courses: Lezza golf course less than 10 minutes away or one of the most beautiful golf course in Europe: Sperone golf course near Bonifacio, and last but not least the new course of Murtoli half an hour away, open also to everyone.

Mare e Monti (Sea and mountains) : Walk trails, horse riding, canyoning, mountain climbing, elastic jump near Porto-Vecchio or in the forests and mountains close by.

Porto-Vecchio (15 mins by car) and its surroundings offer all the activities (shopping, dining, nightlife..).
