*** DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, additional cleaning measures have been put in place to ensure your safety upon arrival. Bookings are staggered to allow more time in between check-ins and check-outs so that the home can be "aired out" and disinfected. The cleaning company, in addition to their normal cleaning routine, is providing additional surface sanitizing including door handles, cabinets, closet knobs, key pads, lamp switches, washer & dryer knobs, window blind chains, wall switches, and remote controls. Your comfort & safety is of paramount importance to us as we want you to enjoy your stay safely. ***

For your comfort there are 7 Luxurious Bedrooms and 5.5 Bathrooms in total (approx. 3900 square feet). The rooms consist of 3 master suites each with king size beds and their own private bathrooms, another newly converted bedroom with a king-size bed, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin size beds each, one bedroom with a set of bunk beds (2 twin size beds), and a queen-sized sofa bed. The beds have a plush large Pillowtop Mattress unlike any you've ever slept on! Trust me.

* Master Suite 1: on ground floor with king size bed, 32 inch TV, and private bathroom suite with jacuzzi tub.
* Master Suites 2 & 3: on the 2nd floor with king size beds, flat screen TV's, & each with private bathroom suites.
* Bedroom 4: (THE MINNIE MOUSE ROOM) with NEWLY converted king size bed, TV, and Jack & Jill full bathroom.
* Bedroom 5: (THE HARRY POTTER ROOM) with queen size bed, flat screen TV, and Jack & Jill full bathroom.
* Bedrooms 6: (THE MICKEY MOUSE ROOM) with 2 twin sized beds, TV, and Jack & Jill full bathroom.
* Bedroom 7: (THE MINIONS ROOM) with 2 twin sized beds (a set of bunk-beds) and Jack & Jill full bathroom.
* There is also a queen-sized sofabed located upstairs in the landing-Area Lounge which can comfortably sleep 2.


The Resort: Situated in the magnificent gated resort of Emerald Island is our luxurious 7 bedrooms/5.5 bathrooms villa that sleeps up to 16 people in lavishness and comfort. Encircled by a protected buffer of woodlands and wetlands, Emerald Island Resort is a 'land island' amidst a sea of lush vegetation. Only a few miles from Walt Disney World and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining, 2 supermarkets, and many golf courses, this 'island' serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination with millions of visitors a year has to offer.

The Villa: There is a large and well-equipped kitchen with an island, breakfast table, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher plus crockery and cutlery to cater for your needs. The villa's seating areas consist of a living room, family room with wide-screen TV, landing area lounge and nook area. The dining room can comfortably seat 8. Plenty of space so you never feel crowded. Our home benefits from central air conditioning and is decorated and furnished above that expected for rental property.

For the ultimate in relaxation and enjoyment the villa has its own enlarged private South-Facing pool with jacuzzi & massage, plus 10 foot covered lanai for shade, so you can unwind after a busy day at the parks. The pool is enclosed with a screen from all sides and is heated. The serene view from the pool deck and backyard is of a wooded conservation area with a lake so there is more privacy than most properties in Emerald Island. The villa also has a free gas BBQ grill in the backyard.
