WELCOME TO Villa Paradiso. This luxurious Villa is situated in the gated community of Mammee Bay Estate, Ocho Rios and boasts a glistening white sand beach with 150 feet of its own beach frontage. The Villa is permanently staffed with 5 highly trained staff including housekeeper, chef, houseman, chambermaid/laundress and grounds man who will look after your every need.

The Villa can be rented in a five bedroom, six, seven or eight bedroom configuration which would include the two bedroom cottage just steps away from the main house on the property and a king bedroom suite adjacent to the pool terrace overlooking the beach. The villa is only rented to one group of gests at any one time.

The Villa is only 10 minutes drive from Ocho Rios, Dunn’s River Falls and Dolphin Cove and many other attractions in this beautiful and lust tropical island.

You enter the delightful Villa through a spacious foyer which leads into the large elegantly furnished great room with a 45 foot vaulted ceiling. The great room opens through French doors onto a 63 foot covered veranda. Off the living room is a beautifully furnished formal dining room with colonial mahogany furniture. The spacious and well equipped kitchen, presided over by our chef, is adjacent to the dining room.

Upstairs is a very comfortable family room with desk, computer, TV, DVDs and and CDs, couches and a small library.

The self contained cottage has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, sitting room and small kitchen. One of the bathrooms is a unique semi-outdoor bathroom. The sitting room contains a TV, DVDs and Wii games and is ideal for the younger guests to play.

A king size bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio is adjacent to the pool terrace with a gorgeous outlook over the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea.


For those who want to keep fit there is an air-conditioned Exercise Room with a treadmill, stationary bicycle, weights, exercise ball and table tennis.


One of the special features of this beautiful Villa is that the rental rate includes the transfer from and to the Montego Bay airport as well as the use of our 21 passenger coach and our Villa Paradiso driver, 8 hours per day during the period of the rental. One complementary tank of gas is offered and guests are required to pay for any additional gas used.

We provide a 1 hour complementary massage for one person which can be arranged through our housekeeper

• Full expertly trained staff of 5 who will look after all your needs – Head housekeeper, Chef, Houseman/Butler, Laundress/Chambermaid and Grounds man. A security guard is on duty from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am each day.

•Tennis can be arranged at the next door neighbor's court.
•Water sports such as parasailing, scuba diving, jet skiing and sailing are available at the Riu Hotel, a 3 minute walk down the beach. There is also a water park at the hotel.
•Golf can be arranged at the Sandals Golf and Country Club just 15 minutes drive away and at numerous excellent courses near to Montego Bay.
