Description
The Villa Andrea is gorgeous on the mountain in Kalathos. It was built in 2013/2014 in a traditional style and has 108 sqm of living space.
It has a total area of 660 square meters. Downstairs there is a fully air-conditioned, spacious living, dining area with open, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. From here it goes to the large covered terrace with lounge furniture and seating for 8-10 people, and a table for another 6 persons in direct pool nearby. There is also the possibility of the car under the carport noted.
Upstairs are the two air-conditioned bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Both bedrooms have a balcony, which invites almost to the evening with a glass of wine or in the morning to enjoy the sunrise over the ocean with a cup of coffee or an espresso.
In the garden is the large 8x4m pool can be easily entered via a staircase in the, and the brick barbecue.
