Features of the villa include high speed wireless internet connectivity, a fully equipped kitchen, a 55 inch LED Smart TV with internet connectivity and integrated sound system, a bar and a private 14m swimming pool. All rooms have air conditioning as well as ceiling fans and all linens and bath towels are provided. All bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms and there is also an additional wash room in the main building. Managed services are offered to guests such as maid services, shopping service, babysitting, in house massage, aromatherapy, laundry as well as car hire. The management office is located next to the villa and the helpful staff are available to handle any enquiries that you may have. Security guards are on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure piece of mind. The villa is located on the two stunning Red Mountain & Loch Palm golf courses.


Loch Palm & Red Mountain Golf Courses: The villa is located just next to Loch Palm Golf Course and its new 18 hole Sister Course, the Championship standard 'Red Mountain Golf Course' now considered to be the most challenging golf course in Phuket.

Spread over 400 rai (160 acres) of lush, rolling hills, the courses have been carefully designed to blend beautifully with the natural terrain. Nestled below a panoramic range of peaks, the layout surrounds the largest lake on any golf course in Phuket - Crystal Lake. With a gentle breeze and more than 1,400 towering palms lining the fairways, you’re treated to a very scenic course along with the many challenging hazards and greens.

Loch Palm is a lovely course built round two lakes and it is rightly considered the most relaxing course in Phuket with its quiet mountain backdrop. Both courses are in very good condition and Loch Palm is perfect for those of us with a double digit handicap, while the single figure golfers can enjoy the superb challenge provided by Red Mountain. Both clubhouses serve Thai & Western food/drink from 6am to 7pm seven days a week, so you will never go hungry or thirsty when holiday here. Loch Palm club house has a fairly unique feature, with the Driving Range being the lake! with slightly lighter floating golf balls used to make sure they do not disappear forever. Both clubhouses have practice greens which can be used whether or not you are actually playing that day.
