We are located along the multiple beaches of the Costa Paradiso and near Santa Teresa di Gallura - Sardinia - Italy for additional restaurants and nightlife. In addition to the beach there is a community sports complex with pool for small children (added fee). And it is a good location for trekking and bicycles tours. As well as being near several agriturismos for good local produce and dinners.

In Rena Majore we are offering our nicely furnished double-apartment villa (adjoining) with its own garden at the family-friendly beach of Spiaggia di Rena Majore. This villa is great for big families and/or friends (accommodates 10 people).
We are located near Santa Teresa di Gallura - Sardinia - Italy for additional restaurants and nightlife.

The villa has, as follows:
- two living rooms,
- two kitchen corners (recently renovated),
- two dining areas (two dining tables for 6, each)
- three king bedrooms,
- two double bedrooms,
- three bathrooms (recently renovated),
- patio dining area for 10 to 12 guests,
- outside shower (great to wash sand off),
- outside BBQ Chimney (great for grilling),
- walking distance to the village shopping square (about 2 mins away where you will find two mini supermarkets, gelateria, two cafes, and pizzeria-restaurant).
- The village has a wonderful pool/ sports/ restaurant complex, called Neulaghe, which is located ~ 250m from the villa. (Offers usage for daily fee to complex).

The Rena Majore Spiaggia/Beach is separated from the village by a pleasant Pine Woods. The beach can be reached by car or on foot. It is a nice walk and takes about 15 minutes.

The entire beach zone, located at the northern end of the Costa Paradiso, is an beautiful area featuring many interesting beaches with white sand and clear turquoise water.

Affittasi a Rena Majore (vicino a Santa Teresa di Gallura) bella casa doppia arredata con ampio giardino ideale per grande famiglia o gruppi di amici (dieci persone).
La villetta è così composta:
- doppio soggiorno
- doppio cucinino
- due tavoli da pranzo (sei persone a tavolo)
- tre camere matrimoniali
- due camere con due letti singoli,
- tre bagni,
- cortile/veranda sul retro con un tavolo da pranzo (dieci-dodici persone)
- camino, doccia e servizio esterno

3 minuti a piedi dalla piazzetta commerciale del villaggio (2 mini-supermercati, gelateria, 2 bar-caffe, ristorante,..)
Il villaggio ha un bellissimo complesso piscina/sport/ ristorante chiamato Neulaghe, che si trova a soli ~250m dalla villa. fa prezzi molto ragionevoli.

Il villaggio è separato dalla spiaggia da una bellissima grande pineta raggiungibile in macchina o in 10' a piedi. Altrimenti l'intera zona dispone di molte altre bellissime e variate spiagge.

Il paese di Santa Teresa di Gallura a 7 km offre tutto per shopping, ristoranti, vita notturna, ecc..
