Right behind the dunes, this beautiful country house is located on a 5-hectare plot. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. You even have your own tennis court here! Via a private forest path you can reach the dunes and the beach within a few minutes. The beaches on the 'Zeeuwse Rivièra' are the only ones in the Netherlands that face south, with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands! The centre of Zoutelande, with its many cosy shops, terraces and a promenade, lies at 2 km from the house. Cyclists, hikers and horse riders can indulge themselves on the island of Walcheren or in the dunes between Zoutelande and Vlissingen, with beautiful views over the Westerschelde and nice routes through characteristic villages. After a wonderful day of sun, sea and beach, you can enjoy peace and quiet at the country house. The house and interior breathe the atmosphere of the 50s and 60s. Take a walk through the woods or the fruit orchard, or play tennis.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government. Please do check the restrictions again shortly before departure as the COVID-restrictions change over time. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Please note that most countries and/or areas have COVID-19 measures in place. We advise you to take this into account when booking your holiday home since a change in restrictions may not be a valid reason to cancel the booking free of charge.
