The villa is built to the highest standard using fine materials including wooden floors, stone, and high ceiling glass windows. It is equipped with solar panel, air condition, electric shutters, central vacuum, satellite Tv and Internet Wi-Fi.

The large swimming pool of 15 m x 7 m is shared by 9 villa owners but is rarely used.

Region

The Silver coast, stretching between Lisbon and Porto is famous for his unspoiled nature and its pristine white beaches. The climate is fresher than the Algarve coastline and hot summers are cooled down by the ocean breeze making an overall climate comfortable for overseas' visitors.

The villa lies between the beautiful fishing town of Nazaré, with its famous funicular railway, restaurants, street cafes and the sophisticated beach resort of Sao Martinho, with its sea-shell shaped bay, its up market stores, and its natural reserve.
The magnificent monasteries of Alcobaça and Batalha (both UNESCO World Heritage Sites), the Castle of Leiria, the Spa town of Caldas da Rainha and the beautiful medieval walled town of Obidos, are all within 30 minutes drive. The famous pilgrimage of Fatima is less than an hour. Lisbon, the vibrant capital of Portugal is only 60 minutes far away.

Nazaré has a daily market (except on Monday), together with numerous small local shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, banks and a post office.Two large modern supermarkets are less than 15 minutes away: Modelo in Nazaré and Intermarché in Sao Martinho do Porto.
Leisure activities in the area include walking, mountain biking, sailing, canoeing, fishing, surfing, horse riding, golf. A sports center with outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts is located in Nazaré and another outdoor swimming pool is in Porto do Mos near Sao Martinho do Porto.
The Norpark waterpark, close to Sitio, is a short drive away.
