300′ bulkhead and deep water access is a Mariner’s dream site. Ideal for family vacation, retreats, family reunions. Need to relax? Choose a deck, palapa or hammock to enjoy a waterfront island experience. Great fishing right off the bulk head and kayaking down the intracoastal canal. We supply the 2 seater kayak and life jackets! Located on a secluded waterfront pointe, yet in the heart of Crystal Beach.
Crystal Beach Villa has approximately 4000 sq ft of living space with 5 bedroom~3.5 baths, an elevator, 2600sq.ft. outdoor hospitality plaza, a golf driving range, a double boathouse, large deck with an outdoor kitchen, and private balconies off 3 bedrooms.
The kitchen is a chef's dream with a commercial refrigerator, oven, ice maker, warming drawer, 2 -12 cup coffee makers and a keurig, 2 dishwashers, and a walk-in pantry filled with beautiful serving dishes of every variety.
Enjoy your meals in the spectacular, octagon shaped dining area surrounded by windows displaying the amazing views. Extra seating is available at the large countertop bar.
The living area is spacious and elegantly decorated with plenty of comfortable seating, a piano, fireplace, and a wet bar. The stereo system plays on speakers throughout the house and hospitality plaza.
The master suite, privately located on the east wing of the estate, has a king size bed, a beautiful open space with a hammock to relax in the air conditioning while enjoying the stunning view, and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom is also a king and has private access to the second full bath with walk in shower. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed and includes a vanity with a sink. The last room on the main floor has a queen size bed and includes a large desk, (in case you have to bring work along).
On the ground level is a large bedroom/second living area with a refrigerator and microwave for those late night snacks. It has 2 futons that fold into full size beds and 2 sets of twin bunk beds. This floor offers another full bathroom.
Linens are provided. You will arrive to the beds made and towels available in each bathroom and kitchen.
