Description

This lone-standing villa of 210 m² (2260 ft²) was renovated in 2011 to the highest standards. It is situation amongst organic olive groves on the hills above the city of Camaiore and has a spectacular view across the valley to the Mediterranean Sea. Our other villa called Casa Teresa (502913) stands at 50m. The paved road leading to the villa narrows in the last kilometre.
The ground floor consists of the living room with open fireplace, 50" SmartTV and DVD player, a high speed WiFi DSL connection and a Sonos sound system for Bluetooth - WiFi devices , a professionally-equipped kitchen with fireplace for grilling ,a covered pergola with outdoor dining for up to 12 people and a gas BBQ at 5m from the house.On the first floor is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with free-standing tub and shower. On the lower level are two double bedrooms with en suite
bathrooms with shower. The infinity pool (14m x 4m) has a saline filtering system and a whirlpool on the steps.
The property is fenced.
Our garden and olive groves are free of herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers.
We produce part of the electricity we need with our photovoltaic system . There is an EV wall box type 2 on the outside wall of the house , near the parking. Because our water is a precious commodity we
ask of our guests to make every effort to conserve.
Arrival time is on Saturday between 5.00 - 7:00 pm. Checkout time is 10:00 a.m.
Nearest grocery stores, pizzeria, restaurants and most conveniences are
available approximately 2 km from the property.
We, Astrid and Peter Gufler, are the proud owners and we are available for all your
questions and take personal care of your needs at your arrival. During your
stay we are also available by phone to answer your questions and help with
resolving any of your concerns.
An extra bed ideal for a child or teenager, can be added.
There is also a child's crib available upon request.
