There is a family bathroom, as well as a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen and dining room, as well as a living room. There is an additional living room and utility room. Off-road parking is available for several cars. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Higher Little Lidgey is an idyllic cottage located in the heart of Cornwall.
