All of the bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning for a comfortable, summery night's sleep and flat screen TV's. There are also 3 full bathrooms, one on each level, two of which have a shower unit and the other has a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped so preparing your meals is being a ''home away from home'' experience. Our guests will also find a flat screen TV and a fireplace in the attractive living area. Air conditioning is also fitted throughout the villa, making the environment pleasant. Access from one level to the next is so easy as there is a lift taking our guests from one to the other.
As for the outdoor area, you will have to agree that it is absolutely delightful, charming and inviting as it caters to both the young and the old. There are two pools: one for our tiny tots and the other for our adult guests to enjoy. There is also a jacuzzi for that extra pampering!! The outdoor area is paved and enclosed within a fully grown hedge for privacy. Take your pick as to where you want to relax. Will it be lazing on the sunbeds, soaking up that summer sun and dipping in the refreshing pool during intervals or will it be enjoying your iced coffee on the outdoor furniture?? All amenities are conveniently located, which means our guests can find petrol stations, super markets, pharmacies, ATM, banks and shops in general. Upon exploring Lefkas town our guests are able to enjoy shopping, enjoying their coffee at the town square, dinner at traditional Greek restaurants, cocktails along the waterfront and anything else their heart desires.! Let's not forget our world famous beaches. Agios Ioannis beach is world renowned for wind/kite surfing buffs and it is only a mere 3km away from the villa. Why not venture further afield and enjoy the blue flagged beaches along the west coast of the island or dine at ''Rachi'' restaurant above the clouds while you watch the sun go down!
