This 800 sq.ft air conditioned cottage consists of 2 large bedrooms and 1 small bedroom a large salon/lounge, fully fitted kitchen, 1,5 bathrooms and a screened deck. it has 2 smart TV Netflix, Hulu, wi-fi, outside area and parking protected by security cameras, back yard with BBQ and a closed outdoor shower with both hot and cold running water.
the location is only a 3 block ride in your golf cart (included) minute walk to the Private beach parking lot and access to the famous soft sand of Surfside Beach.
A golf cart is included. The Palm Tree Cottage is located in a gated community with 24 hr security plenty of lakes to fish in (catch and release only) Also, 1 indoor(open year round), 2 outdoor pools and a kiddie water playground all open until 10pm. Other amenities include tennis courts, Basket Ball court, horse shoes, Boccie Ball, Shuffle Board, Baseball field.
