From the large terrace with BBQ and dining area, the pool and the relaxing area, great view over the seaside and on a part of coast from Porto Santo Stefano to Talamone Gulf. Beautiful seaside view also from the living room and from all the bedrooms on the first floor. The property is surrounded by a terraced garden (2000 m). With a 2 km panoramic view walking along the seaside, you may reach the city of Santo Stefano with restaurants, all kind of shops and tourist harbor (daily ferries to Giglio and Giannutri Islands). Parking place for 1 car; otherwise parking on the street in front of the gate. Saturnia (thermal site) is only 61 km, Siena with its history and culture is 120 km. To reach the house there are some steps; the bedroom with bunk beds on the ground floor is a service bedroom. The arrival is possbile between 4 pm - 8 pm only.
