Description
Meadow View is a newly renovated (late 2019) and well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom chalet, it includes a large cozy loft and a 2 car garage on a level lot. The property sleeps 8 comfortably with unobstructed views of beautiful meadow or forest from nearly every window. Surrounded by forest service lands on both sides this home is a peaceful getaway, perfect for families and friends, but this is not a party house. This is a family neighborhood surrounded by full time residents. Noise travels easily across the meadow and we have a strict noise policy in place out of respect for our neighbors.
Downstairs is a fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, that is open to the dining room with a dining table that seats 8 and the living area that features a new gas burning fireplace, a flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings and stunning views of the wide open meadow. There are 2 bedrooms, a fully renovated bathroom and a laundry area on the first floor. The home has a new tankless water heater for endless hot water after playing in the snow.
Upstairs find open beam ceilings, a large bedroom with balcony, bathroom, the loft area with stunning views of the meadow, comfortable seating, a pull out queen bed, a flat screen TV and play area with plenty of room to lounge or play.
The back deck area opens to our beautiful meadow with miles of hiking and biking trails nearby. During summer months enjoy using the new Weber gas grill.
Located off Pioneer Trail, this home is a short drive from everything. In the winter you will find world class skiing 10 minutes away at Heavenly Ski Resort. In warmer months enjoy some of Tahoe’s best beaches just a short drive away. Our favorite, Kiva Beach, is a dog friendly beach with free parking and stunning views of Mt Tallac. Head over to the Beacon Bar and Grill for lakeside live music, and their famous “Rum Runner”. There are 4 golf courses within a 20 minute drive of the cabin. For year round fun State Line is 6 miles away. At State Line you will find an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and the casinos.
The town of Meyers is only a few minutes down the road, there you will find our wonderful local grocery store Holiday Market, two golf courses, local restaurants, and a seemingly endless number of hiking and biking trails.
