Inside the estate that houses the Poggiolo farmhouse, immersed in the Umbrian greenery, a two-storey nest is composed of a kitchen, a mezzanine bedroom and a bathroom. Surrounded by a lovely garden, excellent for those traveling with their four-legged friends and for relaxing in the shade of the imposing trees of the park. The estate covers about 50 hectares, divided between olive groves, woods and arable land in the ancient district of Porta Eburnea. The internal riding school offers the possibility of pleasant horse rides in the woods and through the numerous paths in this area of Umbria. In the farm park there are tennis courts and a swimming pool.
