Braehead Estate East Wing makes up part of Braehead Estate, situated in a tranquil location within 250 acres of private gardens, ancient woodland and parkland. The Wing dates back to the 17th century and was further extended in the 19th century, however it has since been beautifully and lovingly renovated and today combines gorgeous, traditional interiors with a wide range of modern amenities.
The property holds a fantastic location, just thirty minutes from exciting Glasgow, the small town of Dalry is less than ten minutes away and a selection of helpful amenities can be found here.The East Wing can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests across five spacious bedrooms in accommodation set out across four levels. On the ground floor, guests will find the modern kitchen which comes complete with all the necessary facilities for a more than comfortable stay as well as dining facilities for the whole family. Upstairs, on the first floor are the first two king-size bedrooms, both complete with en-suite bathrooms. Heading up to the second floor, there is a further king-size double bedroom with en-suite as well as the living room which boasts a dual aspect view over the wonderful gardens. On the final, fourth floor are the final two king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Outside, guests will certainly never be bored with 250 acres of private land to explore! The property is surrounded by countryside making it a perfect escape with plenty of opportunity for long walks and fresh air. Blair House East Wing would be the perfect choice for keen golfers, families and country spot enthusiasts.
*For those in larger groups, the whole of Braehead Estate(accommodating up to 36) can be rented for a special occasion, price on application.
