This estate in the Istrian hinterland of 1100 m2 has a lovely 2-floor villa, a large verdant garden with a pool, and a child-friendly playground.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a comfortable living room with armchairs and angled furniture, a flat TV, and a balcony. A relaxing wooden sauna is a perfect oasis for all your senses. After a long day at the beach or at the pool is it will be a great final station before you go to sleep.
The upper floor of the villa contains comfortable bedrooms. 2 bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms with shower, and 3 other bedrooms have a shared bathroom, also with shower. One bedroom boasts a lovely terrace from which you can admire the mesmerizing view of the park and the picturesque surroundings.
On a wonderful plateau with a pool of 45 m2, there are beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool also has a part for children. The verdant garden next to the house provides sitting furniture, trampoline, swings, slide, and other children-friendly exercise equipment. There is also the possibility to play table tennis and volleyball behind the house.
In front of the house, there is a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue and a dining table for 12 persons. Here you can relish in the tranquility of this magical place, especially in the evening when the pool illuminates the whole plot.
Villa offers 4 parking places for its guests, as well as a baby cot and baby chair, iron and ironing board, washing machine, drying rack for clothing. It is wheelchair accessible.
