Flowers and greenery as far as the eye can see - pure paradise in a wonderfully rural secluded location, yet close to the city and the sea - -"Parreta", this vast property, in a nutshell. The country house concept was implemented here unconventionally, as the above-mentioned 700 m² of living space is divided between the main and the apartment buildings. The houses are connected by a beautiful garden full of cacti, gnarled olive trees, huge oleanders and other flowering plants. There's even a jogging path, where you can run a lap in the mornings. The huge communal pool with elaborate mosaic flooring has sporting dimensions with lap lengths of 16 m. After swimming, there is space to chill on one of the sun loungers on the wrap-around sun terrace around the pool. A chic awning with sunshades creates a shady spot at the end of the pool, a secluded place for cheerful board or card games. There is an abundance of seating areas, very nicely secluded and private, but also some communal ones too. It is particularly nice if you can share a large outdoor seating area, especially for larger groups. This is directly behind the house near the brick BBQ, where you can all cook, eat and drink together, while enjoying the pleasant weather in a relaxed atmosphere.

When traveling with a larger group, e.g. a Sports Club, a larger group of friends or the family for a special occasion, this is the perfect place, to provide plenty of space, whilst at the same time retaining plenty of privacy. The villa "Parreta" is a set-up perfectly designed for such a large number of guests. The house is a good mix between a classical private villa and a hotel. However, this is self-catering and you can have this spacious property to yourselves without staff or other guests. Classic Mallorcan country house style, mixed with simple hospitality combined with comfort, welcomes you in all the rooms. In the main house, there is a perfectly equipped kitchen with every imaginable gadget including a dishwasher. This should quicken the hearts of those of you who cook for a hobby. People can gather in the opulent dining room with visible exposed beamed walls, when not eating outside. Before going to dinner, have a drink at the bar in the lounge, or enjoy an after-dinner drink here after the multi-course meal, prepared together. A holiday feeling of a very individual kind is guaranteed when the holiday has been planned by yourself. The accommodation - and this is an absolutely compelling feature of this both ingenious and reasonably priced villa - is in the main building or in a separate building. On the first floor of the restored quarry stone building, there are two suites consisting of a bedroom, lounge and en-suite bathroom. The spacious double room with bathroom on the same floor is the only one without a small kitchen and lounge. There is a fourth self-sufficient and fully-equipped apartment directly behind the house. The other four apartments, each with an area of 55 m², are in the elongated structure directly next door. Each unit features a private bedroom, a modern tiled bathroom and an open-plan living and kitchen area. From the accommodation, there is direct access onto the covered terrace with a table and two chairs - ideal for a couple to have a moment to fully enjoy this rural paradise and its pleasantly mild climate.

The location of this monumental villa is simply captivating, because Manacor is only 10 minutes away for a great wander and a shop, for example, for the well-known Mallorcan pearls produced here. The surrounding towns, such as the charming Son Macià, are easy to reach because of the convenient location and the proximity of the barely audible country road. There, your day-to- day shopping needs are catered for and can be combined with a morning Café Cortado at a local coffee shop. For swimming, drive to the pretty fishing village of Porto Cristo, where after a long day at the beach with numerous water sports activities, you can stroll along the promenade in the evening and get a bite to eat in one of the lovely restaurants. In terms of beaches, there is lots of choice as the beautiful, so-called "Calas de Mallorca"are only a stone's throw away. In the evening, you and all your party can have a peaceful and relaxing end to the day, enjoying a cosy BBQ, until all the stars have climbed high in the sky.
