Nice detached holiday home with private pool and surrounded by gardens with olive trees and mimosa is about 1,5 km from La Spezia and 12 km from Portovenere and from its beaches that with the island Palmaria became Unesco Heritage. Enjoy the sea view: from here you can see not only the Gulf of La Spezia and the bay of Lerici with its famous castle but also the first part of the Tuscan coast. The house is the ideal solution for families with children and for groups of friends; it will be the best starting point to visit Cinque Terre, a true open-air painting famous all over the world. Monterosso, Riomaggiore, Corniglia and vernazza are the villages of Cinque Terre. , each with its characteristic to be discovered. The most famous is Riomaggiore, renowned for the famous "via dell'amore, a walking path dedicated to all lovers who swear love on a road overlooking the sea. For golf lovers, Lerici is 15 km. the house is on 2 levels: on the first floor large living/ dining room with double sofa bed, kitchen with access to the garden with gazebo and brick barbecue, 2 bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom) and master bathroom with Jacuzzi. On the ground floor, laundry room and bathroom with shower, large open space (where 3 people may sleep in 3 single sofa bed) with access to the garden with fitness area, billiards and corner for table games like chess and cards. Among the most suggestive events organized in this area there is the religious festival of "the white Madonna" on 17 August in Portovenere. At the sunset the village is invaded by lights and devotional songs while the ark with the miraculous image is transported trough the streets of the village. The lights, throughout the stack up to the Church of San Pietro, make a unique spectacle in the world. In Manarola, in December, you can see the Manarola nativity, the largest of the world and extraordinary work of art composed of 250 figures covered with 15.000 light bulbs that becomes one thing with the terraces with vines and olive trees overlooking the sea. And for all guests who want to be enchanted by the wonders of the Ligurian Sea, there is the possibility to organize on request and for a fee (with a special price list) unforgettable excursions: half-day rubber dinghy or sailboat tour or all-day yacht, rubber dinghy or sailboat tour and finally.... sunset with aperitif to enjoy an aperitif at sunset on board a sailboat.
